Malware is something you want to have on your computer. Just kidding, it’s one of the worst things that can happen to your computer. Here are some ways to IDENTIFY if malware wants your computer.
You can get a pop-up that opens when you visit a website. It could say something like “You are the 1,000,000 viewer of this page! Click “OK” to claim your laptop!” This is probably one of the stupidest things on the internet. How would they know where you live? Well, if you DO click ok, it could give you SPYWARE which can watch over what you do. So if you have spyware and you enter your location somewhere, BOOM, someone will come and get you.
Spyware. Spyware can be harmful and malicious. It watches what you do as SOON as you get spyware. If you enter bank information, BOOM they have it. Enter your ID? BOOM they have it. Enter your location? BOOM they have it.
One of the stupidest things can appear in your email if you sign up for an emailing list. My mum had one, she was tracking some stuff from the Australian post because she bought some stuff off ebay. She ended up getting an email from who claimed to be the Australian Post, she clicked on the link and BOOM everything was gone. She had to restart her computer fully.
Another thing is a fake antivirus program. You could get a pop-up saying “You might have a virus! Click here to run a scan” and if you allow it, you will allow a virus to look around your computer.
To make sure you dont get a virus, don’t click on anything you don’t know what it is.
There is a game called Stop Disasters (http://www.stopdisastersgame.org/en/playgame.html) and you have to stop a disaster. You have a budget of 50,000 dollars and you have to build defences and house people.
My first attempt: I chose the tsunami disaster. The cost of damage was $9,300, 129 people injured and 125 died. My final score was 26,590. I am going to try to improve that score. And I failed.
My Second Attempt: Tsunami Disaster again. The cost of damage was $4,350, 66 people injured and 67 people injured.I have improved big time! Final score was 61,850.
In numeracy we had to make a graph ._. It was difficult for me to make since this is the first time. I find graphs stupid and useless, but time will come when knowing how to make a graph will be an essential. Oh well. I made a graph showing how much people like a certain gaming console. (Numbers ARE fake.)
I just made a pivot with a downloaded “Hadouken”. A Hadouken (Ha-Yoo-Ken) is kind of like a magic power? I don’t know but it’s awesome but short:
It’s not that good with the releasing of the Hadouken but I hope to make like a series of HADOUKEN goodness!
PeeDawg out.

Decimals was pretty good and I definitely learnt something. My pre test score was like 4 and now it’s at 13.5! At first I thought “Wow, decimals is easy!” But then came division which became a whole lot trickier. I did get the hang of it though. The post test score was a much better result in the end.
‘What is inside a computer?’ Is my question that I’m answering. The people at Commoncraft.com made a very interersting video on what really is inside a computer. Here is some basic infomation.
The same types of computers have the same basic parts.
They all have hardware.
Hard drives store things.
Bigger hard drives store more than other hard drives.
Computers use RAM (Random access memory) to access your stuff quicker.
RAM makes computers faster.
When you restart your computer your RAM is cleaned out.
The processer makes things go smoother.
Processors send and recieve info.
Hard drives are like basements.
RAMS are like upstairs closets.
Processors are like butlers.
Hi everyone! I have reached 5 widgets! I’m not a widget lover like my friend Zane. This post will be briefly describing my widgets.
The first one you’ll see is my blue fox Pikachu. He is very affectionate and loves flowers. He gets hungry occasionally so don’t forget to feed him.
The second one is Lurker of the Night. He is camouflaged into the night so that the innocent animals don’t see him. He isn’t always hungry but loves a good steak.
The third one is my world map. I have had alot of visitors and just want to say THANKS!
The fourth one is firework show. Click around the sky or the city and fireworks will shoot off. Very entertaining!
The last one is my lava lamp which was king of hard to make because I couldn’t adjust to the right colours, but it still looks pretty good.
I payed membership for 3 months for RuneScape (Yes, I’m back into it
). Everything has gone extremely well! I have killed guards for clue scrolls and finished them, racking up over 30 Million gold! I’ve hit the riches! ^_^ I ended up buying a Dragon Platebody and some dragon claws. I look really good, and shared some cash to my brother so he could buy a Bandos Godsword.
Minecraft has been a little boring. More yogbox installs have came out but I can’t seem to delete my .minecraft folder.. Some of the yogbox is MISSING because I have tried to install the newer versions and all this other stuff happened and now half the mod is missing. >:| I gathered tonnes of wood so I could start a store made of wood that sells wood.. Yeah I’ve been bored lately, and a wood castle doesn’t exactly appeal to me. I get dangerous with my flint and steel.
